Move In Cleaning

Living Room/ Bedrooms: 

• Dust all surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, doors, and door frames. 
• Clean and disinfect all light switches, doorknobs, and handles. 
• Clean interior windows, window sills, and tracks. 
• Vacuum carpets or sweep and mop hardwood floors. 
• Clean and wipe down closets, shelves, and storage spaces. 
• Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures(if reachable and safe to do so). 
• Remove any cobwebs. 
• Spot clean or wash walls to remove scuffs or marks (if required). 
• Vacuum under furniture and in all corners.

Bathrooms:

• Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs. 
• Clean mirrors and all glass surfaces. 
• Clean and sanitize countertops and faucets. 
• Scrub and clean tile grout and walls. 
• Wipe down and disinfect cabinet interiors and exteriors. 
• Clean and sanitize towel racks, toilet paper holders, and other fixtures. 
• Sweep and mop floors. 
• Empty and clean trash bins. 

Kitchen:

• Clean and disinfect all countertops, sinks, and faucets. 
• Clean the interior and exterior of all appliances, including: - Inside and outside of the refrigerator (defrost if necessary). - Inside and outside of the oven and stovetop. - Inside the microwave and dishwasher. 
• Wipe down all cabinets (inside and outside). 
• Clean and sanitize backsplashes and walls. 
• Sweep and mop floors, including under appliances if movable. 
• Empty and clean trash bins.

Hallways/Stairs:

• Clean and wipe down doors and frames. 
• Dust and clean any baseboards, banisters, railings, and staircases. 
• Sweep and mop floors or vacuum carpets. 
• Clean all light fixtures and wall switches.
